Fresh departures at DC Advisory

Exit of high-ranking executives come at a busy time for corporate finance outfit

Two senior executives at DC Advisory, the European corporate finance business owned by Daiwa Capital Markets, have left the firm or are in the process of leaving, according to a person familiar with the situation.

Henry Wells, a managing director and head of the leisure and retail M&A team at DC Advisory, will leave the firm in January 2014, according to a person familiar with the situation. Wells joined DC Advisory - the successor to Close Brothers Corporate Finance - in 2000 having previously served as a solicitor at corporate law firm Eversheds.
