David Baron de Rothschild, who runs independent investment bank NM Rothschild, is one of six executives stepping down from ABN Amro as part of the reshuffle announced following the success of the Royal Bank of Scotland-led offer.
De Rothschild, Marcus Pratini de Moraes, Paulo Scaroni, Lord Sharman of Redlynch and Gerhard Randa are all stepping down from the superbvisory board while Rijkman Groenink has resigned his position as chairman of the managing board and will be replaced by Mark Fisher.
