Merrill Lynch has hired Andrew Tusa, former head of corporate governance and a senior fund manager at Deutsche Asset Management, as a director in its European corporate broking team in London.

Tusa, who will join Merrill this month, worked for Deutsche for a decade, covering the utility industry.
