Another two senior restructuring partners have resigned from Deloitte and EY to join ambitious US rivals, raising further questions over the commitment of the Big Four to the sector.

Deloitte partner Michael Magnay is leaving the firm to join US restructuring business Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), while EY partner Joe O’Connor has quit to join US rival AlixPartners, according to people familiar with the situation.
