Deloitte & Touche, the UK arm of the audit, tax and consulting services group Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, has hired Kevin O'Reilly, the former head of information technology and strategy at Barclays Capital, to head its financial services strategy practice.

O'Reilly left Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of the UK's Barclays Bank, in the summer after four years.
