Deloitte has named John Bigalke as national leader of public policy in the United States, part of the legislative affairs and public policy group. Bigalke, a vice chairman of Deloitte,most recently served as US national industry leader for Deloitte's health sciences and government industry practice. He has also been named senior partner of the global health care practice.
