Deloitte's UK partners will be paid an average of more than £1m for the latest financial year after the firm boosted profit by more than 20%.

The Big Four firm’s distributable profit jumped 21% to £711m in the year to 31 May, with average profit per partner climbing to £1.05m, it said in a statement.
