Global accounting firm Deloitte is set to include a sustainable delivery clause in contracts and engagement letters with clients to encourage commitment to reducing emissions.

The firm’s so-called Clause Zero, which will be rolled out in 2023, is part of a commitment to work with clients to reduce engagement-related emissions, a Deloitte spokesperson said in a 30 December statement.
