Deloitte has emerged victorious in an employment tribunal after a former staff member claimed they were paid less than their male colleagues and discriminated against because of their race and gender.

The staffer, referred to as Ms S Patel, joined the Big Four consultancy’s digital division in 2019, before being promoted the following year to senior consultant.
