Standard & Poor's, the rating agency, has put Merrill Lynch Investment Managers' AAA-rated Most UK and UK Dynamic funds under review following the departure of fund manager Peter Davies.

The investment management of the Most UK fund has passed to David Urch. Steve Thompson, head of Merrill Lynch's UK specialist team, is managing the UK Dynamic fund directly.
