The head of credit derivatives at Dresdner Kleinwort has emerged as the eighth managing director to leave in a wave of redundancies at the investment bank.

Rick Weinstein, head of credit derivatives, left the bank last week as part of a programme of job cuts that could see up to 7% of staff lose their jobs.
