Shares in Design Bau, the first company to float on Deutsche Börse's new junior market, rose in early trading this morning after pricing at the top of their range last night.

Shares in the German low-cost housing provider reached a high of €20.70 this morning, 4% above the €20 price set last night, the top of its €18 to €20 indicative price range.
