Adam Bagshaw, a telecoms specialist at JP Morgan, is joining Deutsche Bank as a managing director in its European telecoms investment banking team.

Bagshaw, who joined JP Morgan as a graduate 10 years ago, will be based in London reporting to Carl Tack, head of European telecom investment banking.
