Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society will drop Deutsche Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors as fund managers of the £1.7bn (€2.8bn) Royal National Pension Fund for Nurses that it has just acquired.

Instead, the UK insurer will conduct the fund management in-house, increasing its own assets under management to £7.3bn.
