Deutsche Bank Securities, the US investment banking and securities arm of Deutsche Bank, has hired a managing director for its rapidly-expanding Japanese equity product sales team, based in Tokyo.

Jim Lee will be responsible for sales of all Japanese equity products across Japan, Europe and North America, reporting to Tsunehisa Namba, head of global markets sales.
