Deutsche Bank has pledged to hire talent for its asset and wealth management business, as part of an ambitious plan to keep pace with asset growth in the wider investment industry over the next five years.
Deutsche Bank on Monday presented Strategy2020, a much-anticipated plan designed to increase profitability and bolster capital adequacy across the group. Among its six key strategy decisions was a vow to "aggressively invest in future growth of Deutsche AWM", the business led globally by London-based Michele Faissola.
