Bonds that serve as a key barometer of Deutsche Bank’s health are flashing warning signs.

The German lender on Sunday announced sweeping plans to overhaul the bank, including slashing 18,000 jobs by 2022, exiting its equities trading business and selling its prime finance brokerage.
