Deutsche Bank finalises corporate finance management team

Deutsche Bank has confirmed the structure of its corporate finance management team, with Michael Cohrs and Bob Cotter named co-heads of global corporate finance.

The widely-expected appointments give Cohrs and Cotter, who are currently co-heads of investment banking, responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and leveraged finance. They will head the global executive committee tasked with managing corporate finance. Cotter will continue to run global M&A.
