Deutsche Bank helps Sage founder tap into £115m

Deutsche Bank has helped Graham Wylie, former managing director and founder of Sage, the UK software company, cash in his 5% holding in the business, five months after his resignation.

Wylie is understood to have left the company in May after deciding that he no longer wished to be part of the multi-national corporation which he founded back in 1989. Sage is the UK's largest listed software company.
