Deutsche Bank has hired Michael Haize as head of debt of capital markets in France from JP Morgan Chase.

Haize, who joins as managing director, will replace Christophe Angely. Angely left in May to join Barclays Capital, which raided Deutsche for several European debt specialists and a handful of key professionals in the US.
