Deutsche Bank hires Plowman from Citi in consumer dealmaking push

Deutsche Bank has hired a senior dealmaker from Citigroup to cover consumer clients in Europe as part of a series of new recruits in for the German bank in the sector.

Robert Plowman, who was latterly co-head of consumer products investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Citi in London, has joined the German lender as a managing director within its consumer coverage team.
