Deutsche Bank has unveiled a formal hybrid working programme for its employees, the latest European bank to move to a flexible approach as Wall Street rivals encourage a return to the office.

In a memo to staff seen by Financial News sent by chief executive Christian Sewing and human resources head Michael Ilgner, the German lender said it would roll out hybrid working for employees when Covid-19 conditions allow a safe return to its global offices.
