Deutsche Bank Mulls Moving Pvt Bk Clients To Retail Op-Report

Deutsche Bank is mulling a plan to move some private banking customers, those with wealth of between €150,000 and €2m, into its mass retail operation, Financial Times Deutschland reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the outline.

The combination should leave branch personnel and investment counseling unaffected, the report said, so that customers will hardly notice a difference. Cost savings would come in back office and related operations, the newspaper said.
