Deutsche Bank picks new head of anti-financial crime

Deutsche Bank has named compliance executive Philippe Vollotas its new global head of financial crime-fighting, replacing Peter Hazlewood who is stepping down, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Vollot has been at Deutsche Bank for 13 years and currently is the global chief operating officer for compliance, anti-financial crime, and government and regulatory affairs. He has held that job, based in Frankfurt, since December 2015.
