Michael O' Flynn has rejoined the United Financial Group (UFG), the Russian investment bank, as part of its equity trading and sales team after seven years working elsewhere in the industry.

Prior to joining UFG, O'Flynn was vice-president of research sales at Deutsche Bank in Tokyo specialising in Japanese technology shares. O'Flynn' s Japanese team came in fourth in 2003 in the Nikkei and Institutional Investor ranking.
