Deutsche Bank is increasing the size of its team responsible for internal dealmaking, as the German bank keeps a close eye on its businesses during its ongoing restructuring. 

Deutsche wants to add as many as five bankers to its corporate mergers and acquisitions team across London and Frankfurt, according to people familiar with the matter. The unit, which currently comprises around 10 employees, is responsible for acquisitions and disposals made by Deutsche.
