Deutsche Bank's Amrolia switches to market making firm

Deutsche Bank trading veteran Zar Amrolia is to join the emerging electronic market making firm XTX Markets, a move underlining the rise of non-bank firms in asset classes once dominated by big broker dealers.

Amrolia, based in London, will become co-chief executive of XTX Markets alongside Alexander Gerko from early October, according to a statement from the company on September 2.
