Deutsche Börse has insisted that it will press ahead with its new delisting rules on the Neuer Markt, despite the decision by a German court to grant a 20th company temporary immunity from delisting.
Brainpower, an Anglo-Swiss software company, has received a reprieve of six months from the District Court in Frankfurt, which will prevent it being delisted by Deutsche Börse. The decision by the Frankfurt court means that 20 of the 51 companies facing automatic delisting from the Neuer Markt have now received reprieves of between six months to one year to meet the new listings rules.
