Three errant Neuer Markt companies, already "named and shamed" by Deutsche Börse on its website, now face definite fines and even possible delisting for failure to file their annual reports on time.
EM.TV & Merchandising, Softmatic and Sunburst Merchandising failed to file their full-year accounts to Deutsche Börse, despite having been granted an extension to the exchange's original April 10 reporting deadline.
