Deutsche Börse is threatening to name and shame Neuer Markt companies that flout its new listing rules, as part of its campaign to quell investors' concerns about recent high-profile dealing scandals.

The ultimate sanction, Deutsche Börse said, is that it will delist a company which persistently fails to live up to the new rules.
