Deutsche Bank has deployed a global video-based communications system that will enable it to communicate with external customers on a real-time, presence-based basis from the desktop.

The bank is the first financial institution to deploy the Avistar Community Exchange host and AvistarVos Proxy (VOSP) servers from Avistar Communications Corporation, the US-based video collaboration technology provider.
