Bank of America has won its most high profile UK real estate mandate since hiring the former head of Deutsche Bank's London-based business late last year to drive the growth of the division.
Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group has picked Bank of America to lead the sale of its hotel property assets, which were originally to be sold in the recently cancelled flotation of Vector Hospitality, which pooled MWB's portfolio with that of HBOS and Royal Bank of Scotland.
