Deutsche Bank has hired Matt Press from Merrill Lynch as European head of structured capital markets in London.

Press, who joins as a managing director, will run the structured capital markets group in Europe, focusing on the development of debt and derivative products. He was previously a managing director at Merrill, where he occupied a similar role and focused on product development.
