Deutsche Bank is continuing its efforts to turn around the fortunes of its struggling equities business, and has just hired the former head of equity derivatives from Credit Suisse in New York.

Daniel McNeill, who was previously head of Americas equity derivatives at Credit Suisse, joined Deutsche Bank earlier this month as a managing director within its US equity derivatives team. He left the Swiss bank in January last year.
