Susan Estes has resigned from Deutsche Bank as head of fixed income for North America, in search of a "lifestyle upgrade".

An internal memo from Charlie von Arentschild, head of global markets for North America and Michele Faissola, head of rates, said that Estes' decision was "predicated on a desire for a significant lifestyle upgrade".
