François Wat, head of European cash equities at Deutsche Bank, has joined its global banking business as head of corporate special situations.

Wat will work on capital markets origination and corporate advisory, and will focus on originating equity capital markets deals in Europe, Emerging Europe and Asia, as well as providing equity advice to Deutsche Bank's mergers and acquisitions clients.
