Deutsche on its way to Wembley deal

Deutsche Bank is poised to clinch a £100m (€160m) property sale for Wembley, having only recently won the mandate to advise the the UK leisure and gaming company.

The company appointed Deutsche Bank at the end of last year to handle the sale of around 45 acres of real estate surrounding Wembley Stadium. The Wembley Complex site includes offices, commercial service space and the Wembley Arena and conference centre. Deutsche won the mandate in the wake of the take over by HSBC of Charterhouse, Wembley's former financial advisers.
