Deutsche Bank’s chief operating officer has become the latest senior departure at the struggling German lender as its board continues to reshuffle the top ranks just a week after replacing its chief executive.

Kim Hammonds, who oversees technology and operations at the bank, will leave Deutsche by “mutual agreement” the bank said in a statement on Wednesday night. An ally of former chief executive John Cryan, several reports this week suggested her departure could be imminent, following the promotion of Christian Sewing to the top job at the company earlier this month.
