Deutsche picks Frankfurt base for global markets role

Deutsche Bank has appointed a new head of global markets in Europe in a move that marks the first time the division has been led by a non-London based banker since it was reorganised nearly three years ago to include equities as well as debt.

Global markets, which is run globally by Anshu Jain, includes sales and trading, which generates a large slice of Deutsche Bank's profits.
