Deutsche Bank has promoted Andy McDonnell, a managing director and head of European convertible bond trading, to the new job of head of its global convertible trading business.

Deutsche's global convertible bond trading business had been the responsibility of Boaz Weinstein, head of global credit trading, who McDonnell will report to.
