Deutsche reveals Ackermann's pay for the first time

Josef Ackermann, the chairman of Deutsche Bank received a total salary package of €6.9m ($7.4m) last year as the German bank revealed individual compensation for its board for the first time.

Ackermann received €6.2m in cash and equity-units and €700,000 in performance options. The total paid to the board, including board members who resigned in 2002, was €27.2m.
