Deutsche scoops three M&A mandates

Deutsche Bank has emerged as a financial adviser simultaneously on three mergers and acquisitions deals, worth a combined €3.3bn ($3.5bn).

The German bank is representing Xstrata, the Swiss mining group, on its $2.1bn (€2bn) purchase of Australian rival Mim Holdings, one of the largest ever cash acquisitions in Australia.
