The boss of Deutsche Bank’s troubled investment bank will have his contract reviewed later this year, alongside several other senior executives, according to a statement from the bank.

Garth Ritchie became the sole head of Deutsche’s investment bank in April during the senior-level reshuffle that also led to Christian Sewing’s appointment as chief executive. He is one of several management-board members at Deutsche whose contracts expire within the next 12 months.
