Deutsche veteran Dunford to retire

Neil Dunford, chairman of UK institutional business at Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) is set to retire after 17 years at the company and almost 30 years in asset management.

Dunford is set to retire on June 30. Paul Berriman, DeAM's chief executive in London, will assume Dunford's title and his responsibilities will be allocated between Simon Peck, Alastair Cuming and Mark Burgess, who hold client, business and product responsibilities in the UK institutional business. All of them are DeAM veterans.
