Deutsche’s former Europe investment banking chief to retire after 25 years

Jeremy Bailey was one of German lender’s top executives during the glory days of its investment bank in Europe

A Deutsche Bank executive who has held a number of senior roles during a near 25-year career at the German lender, including leading its investment bank in Europe, is retiring.

Jeremy Bailey joined Deutsche Bank in May 1995, one of a mass defection of senior dealmakers from SG Warburg, as part of the German lender’s quest to create an investment bank from scratch.
