Dexion Capital, a boutique, alternatives-focused investment business founded in 2000 by former Citibank and Goldman Sachs trader Robin Bowie, is to drop its name as it is subsumed into its new Australian owner, Fidante Partners.

Fidante, which is an arm of the Australian financial group Challenger, acquired Dexion in July 2015 in a deal aimed at boosting its presence and profile in Europe.
