Going plural is all the rage at the UK Post Office. Allen Leighton, its chairman, is renowned for taking multiple directorships, and Mick Duncombe, former head of its pension fund, is following suit.
Following his retirement, Duncombe has negotiated a contract to advise the Post Office for two years. He has also become trustee to pensions funds sponsored by Porvair, FKI, Orange and BASF, and reckons he has time for two more. Not bad for an old 'un.
