More than a third of FTSE 100 companies fail to disclose adequate information on their pension arrangements, according to consulting actuary Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP).
LCP said that disclosure of information by 12 companies fell well short of the level required. These were: Abbey National, BP Amoco, CGU, Compass, Norwich Union, P&O, Royal & Sun Alliance, Royal Bank of Scotland, Scottish Power, Sema, Wolsely and WPP.
