Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette has hired Isable Doverty as managing director and head of human resources in London.

Doverty, who previously worked for Salomon Smith Barney for 10 years, most recently as deputy head of human resources, is expected to join in March. She replaces Paul Barry who is relocating to DLJ's New York office and taking up a position as head of global human resources. Doverty will report to Barry and Costas Michaelides, chief operating officer, also in New York.
