Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette has appointed three new members to assist expansion of their international equities division.

Mandy McKay, also appointed as vice-president of sales, will be based in London and will sell EMEA and Latin American equities to the UK and European client base. She joins from Deutsche Bank where she was a Latin salesperson.
